We do not groom aggressive pets. If our groomer goes to a home and encounters an aggressive pet, there are two options:

1. The pet can be groomed with a muzzle and/or with the owner in the van.
2. If the pet doesn’t tolerate the muzzle, the groomer may decide not to proceed.

No, the service is performed in the van as all the necessary equipment is located there.

For the safety of both the pet and the groomer, it’s best to wait outside. Your presence can influence the pet’s behavior, preventing the groomer from doing their job. (YOU CAN RIDE IN THE VAN IF THE GROOMER NEEDS YOUR HELP OR ALLOWS YOU TO BE PRESENT)

Yes, we are AKC certified in grooming safety and sanitation. It is mandatory for us to disinfect both the workspace and tools after each pet.

Yes, we have a grooming license issued by Miami-Dade County. We have over 10 years of experience and have been operating mobile grooming vans since 2021.

For the pet’s safety, it’s recommended that they have all their vaccinations.

There’s no specific time frame. It depends on the client. We have clients who get their pets groomed every week, every 2 weeks, or once a month.

The groomer can look for a suitable spot in the area, but they won’t park directly below your building. You can ask if there’s any issue with the groomer picking up the pet and parking elsewhere, and then returning the pet when they’re finished.
